To wit, we avoid storing any sensitive information such as plain-text credentials, tokens, or secrets in their raw form, employing instead industry-wide encryption methods, which are handled separately from our internal database and transmitted between our application server and storage through secure, encrypted channels.

We prioritize data privacy in our AI models as well; only structural schemas of the data are shared for processing, never the actual records. This approach allows us to leverage the power of AI while ensuring the confidentiality of your data. These models are designed to respond with sets of instructions, akin to how an engineer would interpret and act on product specifications, without ever accessing your information directly.

In addition to these measures, we implement real-time monitoring systems coupled with rapid incident response strategies. This proactive stance is crucial in protecting your data against new and evolving cyber threats.

Nope! We prioritize your privacy and have strict protocols in place to ensure that your data is not used in any form for training third-party services.

Customer database schemas are stored in an embedding in a vector database. This is not a trained model and the embedding is securely encrypted and stored in Bliss’s infrastructure. This embedding is used to provide LLMs with in-depth context about your business, but no data is retained by the LLM nor is it used for other Bliss users.

To ensure proper and responsible usage of credentials, we employ AWS Key Management Service and AWS Secret Manager, to encrypt sensitive data. Those services provide robust encryption and secure storage and individually comply with the highest industry standards.
